About me
My name is Katy Woliver, and I am an interdisciplinary artist living and operating out of Virginia Beach and Norfolk, Virginia.
I have had a passion for drawing and painting since I was young. Throughout my life, I have experimented with other mediums in order to find my footing. Growing up, I was obsessed with comics and graphic novels, and I feel because of that, my artwork reflects my roots for the love of storytelling and poetry.
I feel my best artwork comes out when I am making active reflections on my emotions. For many years, my artwork has focused on the topic of grief and coping. I have only recently began pairing my poetry with my art.
